Money, FSU does not need it. They have allot more in the way of sheer numbers of fans and wealthy fans. How do you get that money and support? By winning, FSU poised to dominate the acc again, they are guaranteed to win in the acc. But the sec? Absolutely not, what is there record against Florida? Are they going to dominate the sec? Never, no team ever will and FSU may actually be setting themselves back by doing this.

If FSU stays, the acc is not going to get decimated any time soon.

Great points about A&m, it's not over. Politicians are meeting as we speak in Texas and I am not convinced they are not about to squash this. Hard to imagine they are going to allow one school in Texas to destroy another, especially when the other school is Texas. It all could just be smoke to even out the longhorn network deal which would be brilliant on their part.

This thing could really blow up. Turn into something very unexpected, but I won't get into speculation right now, that is another topic if a&m does not move.

On Clemson, no idea. I am not convinced they move either if offered. Fans do not make those decisions. We may get a couple more recruits. What I would like is the fact being mediocre would mean a losing record in the sec which will not be acceptable for Clemson fans. This is the same reason why the admin may not go for it. By no means do I think we are secretly the team going to the sec either. Just saying if it were to happen.

FSU got pissed that they were scorned for years by the sec and decided to go to a conference they could dominate and did. Nothing has changed there IMO and the money will not be a factor IMO. Only if they think the sec will destroy every other major conference. At some point, if this happens, first the big 12 then the acc, there will be alliances and a major rebellion by everyone else. When you start factoring in all the michigans, usc's, Texas etc.. I mean really, they are not going to win that. Destroy Texas and you will have everyone's attention. They have more power than even bama.
