Watched the first two episodes of Spartacus last night

and yea I'm instantly back into it. You're right about the spinoffs coming. They could make episodes for this show for as long as they want. It's that good. Other than that I haven't been watching too much. I'm playing a game called Bioshock, you've probably heard of it. It's a computer game as well but I'm playing it on the xbox. Would like to see a movie, but the problem is that everyone is dead, lol. I think maybe its been too long if they were going to do it, but I would watch. I think Boardwalk will take your mind right off the wire though.

Busy with school, research paper and finals, be glad when its over.

I have been watching Dual Survival, two seasons and could not wait to start the third. Imagine my surprise when I start the third season and find out they fired the redneck guy, replaced him with a complete idiot. Ruined my show.

I thought it would be around June due to school. I finished the wire. Great show but I'm wondering if they'll do a movie or something one day.

next semester of school, without looking I think that is June. But I am not skipping any more semesters of school. This is my last lower level class, so its getting knocked out pretty good.

I thought I remembered you saying it was a documentary. Also, the documentary about the boy that shows up saying he belongs to a family is a movie as well.

For the iceman you told me about. The guy who plays the iceman is in boardwalk empire, he is a good actor and it should be good.

He looks like what I am talking about. He did have a small part in American Graffiti, but Ford was a carpenter on the Star Wars set when he got picked after doing some standins.

Spartacus, first episode was better than many movies you watch. Just a great show, you can really tell this season is a set up for the spinoffs coming. When Cesar appears, you can tell real quick how a series can be done based on his character. Not what you expect at all, I've said too much already, but let me know when you watch. Real good so far.

I think it's a great idea

I also like the fact that these spinoffs will be in addition to episodes 7, 8 and 9. Sounds like there's gonna be a lot of Star Wars in the future kinda like the X-Men stuff. I'm excited about it.

Should play a young Hans Solo? A virtually unknown actor, just like the original. I am still kinda taken by the fact they are doing it. Good stuff.

Looks like they took my advice, a Star Wars prequel and spin offs are being discussed. I can't copy links but check out ign for details. A spin off of Hans solo and a prequel to a new hope so far being discussed. I like it, how about you?

Networking can be very hard

Luckily for me I didn't have any really tough instructors as far as computers go. Some of my other classes I did, like math and english. The sad part is the apa format is great if you're in an english or history class or something but it won't help with networking. He's making it tougher for no reason. Networking by itself is already tough enough to wrap your head around.

Lot of good movies came out this week on redbox. Two in particular are Flight and The house at the end of the street. I'm so caught up in the wire right now though it will be hard to watch a movie right now lol.

School is a little...

Harder this time. This class is networking and the teacher is pretty strict, all responses and answers etc... Have to be formatted in apa with a source. Sounds simple but it's more difficult. Networking is not a fun or interesting topic, but it is the most important I would think.

Yeah, and you are going to be wanting to watch Boardwalk Empire to get some more Omar when the wire is done. I blasted thru 3 seasons and could not stop, more addictive than the wire. I will be interested to see if it is for you too in the end. Want to talk about an underrated actor? Omar has absolutely made two tv shows a success now.

The show Revolution may be worth checking out. He did such a great job with Star Trek, pretty excited about Star Wars.

I have watched nothing but The Wire the past week. I'm addicted, great show. I haven't watched Spartacus either due to this.

The Life of Pi sounds good. I have heard from other sources that it is good as well. I'm just so far behind on a lot of movies and will be untill The Wire is over.

an idea of how Abrams will do Star Wars, watch the show Revolution. He said long before he got picked for the movies, or before they annouced they would have the movies, that the concept of how that show would go was based on Star Wars. In other words a fun type theme (according to him) vs a darker theme as you might expect with an apocolyptic tv show. I guess you can kind of see the overtones with the sword fights ect... I was becoming disinterested in the show towards the end, but now I will watch it and see if I can pick up on it.

I still have not watched Spartacus surprisingly. I love the show but with school ect... I want to find a time when I am in the mood. Odd that I have not been already, lots of good movies out already as well. Maybe I will watch some this weekend, again I thought The Life of PI was great. I am interested to see what your opinion on it will be.
