FWIW, I don't think they believe anything is going on. But the official statement is there is nothing to report, basically if its happening no one knows. The SECs official statement is that they have not contacted anyone and A&M contacted them.

There are several reports that all the SEC presidents are meeting to discuss it tomorrow. There have also been reports refuting that.

But that its not being discussed is somewhat of a laughable thing. The SEC is publicly entertaining A&M and not discussing anything? Hmm, we just won't know until it happens or don't.
