You are grabbing on tightly to a guy in Maclan who was recruited and is still officially listed as a 4th string TE? Lol! So this kid has gained some weight and they are moving him around trying to find him a place to contribute instead of the TE position? Lol, ooooookkkkkkaaaaayyy! You really got me there braa, how smart you are, lol. We do at times have guys come from TE, Price for example and contribute. Big difference between trying to find a spot for a guy trying and cross dressing like Elliot does. Remember, Caldwell does not recruit TE's either. If he thinks he might contribute, sure he might move to the OL instead of the TE position which is a different coach all together.

Right now you are digging through coaching strategies to motivate guys to step up and you are really just grasping for straws in doing so. Lots goes on to motivate players to step up and the point is no ones job is safe. But by all means, look for other guys moving from another position on the field and call that cross training, lol.
