Evidence?

I see that Clowney's everyday practice availability makes headlines these days. I know its not a big deal, but there has gotta be better news than that. Hell, when has it ever been news that Carolina's players give half effort practices? I remember when Steve Spurrier got there the kind of work ethic the program had. I guess that is what attracts those players. Would that be a flame?

I don't think I am ready for predictions just yet. I think I have an idea of what I will say, but I will wait until the week of the game. I think the Tar Heels will be in it at least through a half, if not longer. I would hate for that game to come down to field goals for you guys or it could be a painful night. I expect Clowney to show up and murder half the line and win the game for them on the way to a Super Bowl matchup against the Patriots. But I get ahead of myself. Can't talk championships around the Gamecocks. Wouldn't want to jinx them. Wide left.

I will dish on Clemson, just to show that I don't think they are unbeatable. Not a lot of great things being said about the secondary right now. Just coach speak and those terms and phrases that every coordinator says when handed a bunch of freshmen and no talent upper-classmen. Take your pick: talented, all the tools necessary to become great, work-in-progress, competition everywhere, seeing signs of improvement, etc. We all know that Aaron Murray will have over 300 yards running the same post route for about 6 scores. Defensive player surprise: Beshaud Breeland.

This post was just for fun. I have high hopes for Clemson at ALL positions and think they will win 10+ games again. I also respect the Gamecocks and know that they will be ready to play against NC. Love the pic Ryan.
