Football Fever is Year-Round!

Less than two months away, the college football kickoff is more anticipated than ever. The state of South Carolina boasts rival schools, both of which have programs that are starting to catch the nation's attention. Clemson has 15 starters returning, including the entire offensive line. Gone is Whitehurst, and as good as he was, Clemson will have a more effective offensive attack this year. The defense has concerns at the secondary, but could be better overal than last year's D who finished 11th in scoring defense and 20th overall. South Carolina has concerns on the offensive line, but Spurrier's "Fun-n-Gun" will definately score some points. Defensively, SC will be untested but there is talent that could develop early.
Personally, I am just ready for kickoff and am very excited to have this site dedicated to sports. It will primarily feature Clemson and South Carolina football, but other NCAA teams will be discussed as well as NFL. There will also be some posts about other sports.
