I am still very curious as to why you think cross-training
linemen is such a bad idea? If you have a backup guard that is your 5th
best lineman why not have him learn another position to get on the field? Just
by coming out and saying that a “master cross-trainer is a crappy OL talent
evaluator in disguise” isn’t going to cut it bro. I would like for you to explain
exactly what you mean by this? I think it’s probably just because it’s the
coaching style that Elliott uses. I don’t believe you have anything other than
that.
