Let me post all that...

Instead of partial and taken out of context:

Maverick will probably come in and work at right tackle at first and if it doesn't work out he could move to right guard?

"Well that's true. We think he can play both positions. What I want to do is put him at right tackle or at right guard. And let him be at home at that one spot before we ask him to play the other. According to what we do with Reid Webster, he may start at right guard because of course as you knowSpencer Region had hip surgery so he may be out. And then we'll see which spot is best for Tyrone Crowder."

That's his nice way of saying he will play guard, without dogging the kid and saying he is not athletic enough to play tackle. Especially considering the question, basically "you will try him at tackle and then fire him if he sux?" Caldwell said point blank more than most coaches would say, he is going to start at guard, what don't you get. Anything else is pillow talk baby, you don't sign or keep players by telling them there not athletic enough for a position. Many in fact will indeed come in and be allowed to try a position and see that for themselves before moving. That's just how you get some players, you never say stupid shit like "we know he can't play tackle already".

What you need to do is find articles about cross training for starters at other positions. Recruiting articles really? Lol. Try posting the whole thing next time, you'll feel better in the long run bro.
